Bright Tribe is a non-profit making, multi-academy trust which brings together the best from the field of education and the commercial world to create a professional environment focused on educational performance, on results and on enhancing the potential of the local communities in which we operate.
Our Trust currently has 16 academies in both primary and secondary phases. These are located in three regional hubs: SE (Suffolk and Essex), SW (Cornwall) and the developing Northern hub.
Under the leadership of the Primary and Secondary Directors are a team of Regional Executive Principals (REP).
Each hub is led by a REP supported by a team of system experts in areas such as safeguarding, finance and estates. The REPs work closely with the Principals and schools in their region to deliver tailored support and expert advice. They co-ordinate school to school support and provide professional challenge in order that each school achieves the highest possible standards in all aspects of delivery.
The Trust has invested heavily in delivering a professional development package for staff at a local school, regional and national level. Our CPD recognises and responds to the developing careers of staff and focuses on providing a professional pathway to support our staff at all levels to develop their skills and experience. It also facilitates the sharing of good practice across the wider Trust, providing opportunities for staff to work across a number of our schools to broaden their professional experiences.
