Heidi Hoskin, Chief Executive Officer for the Bright Tribe and ALAT Trusts, sits on the Executive Leadership Team and directly supports Regional Executive Principals and Academies to drive forward school improvement. She is also responsible for safeguarding and acting as the strategic lead for governance.
Heidi, who has 20 years experience in teaching, has held three Headships and two Executive Head Teacher positions working in both small and large rural primary schools in the West Country. She is a licensed Thrive trainer.
Prior to her appointment as Chief Executive Officer, Heidi worked as the Director of Primary Education for Bright Tribe and ALAT, supporting Regional Executive Principals and Head Teachers through Ofsted Inspections, ensuring rapid progress was made and using her specialist knowledge and experience to take schools from Special Measures to at least Good.
Heidi believes passionately in social equality and the well-being of children and is dedicated to ensuring that every primary school pupil achieves their full potential and enjoys every second of their learning experience.
