Director responsible for the establishment and operational management of the management support services provided to Bright Tribe Trust and its sister Trust, Adventure Learning Academy Trust.

Anna oversees the development of management support services for our growing academy network including; HR, legal, marketing and communications, finance / business manager and oversight and monitoring of services provided by delivery partners for ICT and estates.

She is also working closely with our supply chain partners to ensure that ICT / technology solutions developed support personalised learning.

Anna has extensive experience and knowledge of working on PPP (Public Private Partnership) projects in the health and education sectors to deliver much needed infrastructure investment and improvement and community regeneration. Anna is also experienced in ensuring that ‘Business Services’ have been properly structured to ensure that back office support requirements are tailored to support the organisation’s needs.

The team are committed to ensuring that all of the Trust back office services support the education vision and school improvement journey of our growing academy network.
