Gail Kemp
Education Adviser
Gail has over 20 years’ experience working in schools, many of which have been in a school improvement capacity. She has been a key player in turning schools around and raising standards in all areas, particularly Year 6.
Gail has worked as an advisory teacher, deputy head teacher and more recently vice principal for teaching and learning in a large inner city academy in Sheffield with over 1,000 pupils. Gail has supported many schools through Ofsted inspections and is a specialist leader in education, supporting schools on their improvement journey.
Gail’s areas of expertise include developing and leading teaching and learning and CPD across the academy, planning and delivering school improvement training for head teachers developing and delivering an e-support network for Year 6 teachers to raise standards across the city of Sheffield.
