Sara is Principal of Mounts Bay Academy and Applied Minds Teaching School Alliance in Penzance. She is also Headteacher Consultant for the Prince’s Teaching Trust and a Senior Partner for Challenge Partners Hub in Cornwall. She has acted as a tutor for Masters Degree students with Leicester and York Universities and has been a facilitator for National College Programmes including the Aspiring Heads and Outstanding/ Improving Teacher Programme.
