Castle Hill Junior School is seeking a Phase Leader KS2 to join the Senior Leadership Team.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape and implement the vision that will improve the quality of teaching, personalised learning and raise standards within the academy.

Our new Phase Leader KS2 will:
• Lead and develop other members of staff across the academy
• Develop and lead on whole school curriculum design
• Lead with Strategic implementation, monitoring, reviewing, and evaluation of key priorities
• Work closely with the Vice Principal on data management and analysis
• Lead on implementation on assertive mentoring across the phase
• Management of KS2 SATs across target setting, assessment and monitoring
• Set high expectations
Working closely with The Education Advisors you will have the opportunity to develop leadership skills and knowledge.
