We are recruiting for two Executive Principals to lead within our secondary and primary schools in the South East (Suffolk/Essex) region. We are looking for someone who is passionate, inspirational and visionary with strong leadership and mentoring skills.
The core purpose of the Executive Principal’s role is to raise standards of achievement for all children across Bright Tribe Schools. The successful candidate will have previous experience at a Principal level and evidence of rapid and sustained school turnaround, collaborative and inspirational leadership skills in order to create an environment of constant improvement, raising standards and enabling every child to fulfil their potential. You will work closely with the Trust Board and central education team, Governors, Principals and Vice Principals in order to lead the successful implementation of Bright Tribe’s vision, ethos and ambitions and establish high quality education for all.
