Jane is a Human Resources chartered CIPD professional with 15 years generalist HR experience within a number of sectors. Jane has extensive experience in change management, recruitment, employee relations, performance management, TUPE negotiation/consultation and collective bargaining.

Jane works very closely with the leadership team in offering a comprehensive HR advice, guidance and administrative service to the Bright Tribe academies.
