With a strong service quality ethos, Val works with Bright Tribe’s executive team to ensure the Trust is focused on schools’ needs and that it provides the tailored support and services they require to achieve their school improvement and development goals.

Having studied to be a teacher, Val has some, albeit dated, first-hand experience of teaching and learning and of the challenges and rewards these bring.
